He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Qualls and Jewel Harvell Qualls; his wife Carolyn Ruth Hodge Qualls; and his brother Glen Qualls. He is survived by: his son Jason Qualls (Katherine) of Mount Pleasant; his siblings, Shelby Qualls (Ramona) of Mount Pleasant, Kenny Qualls of South Carolina, Gaye Qualls of Mount Pleasant and Gwenda Dobbs (Dennis) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Abrielle and Dane Qualls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
