He is survived by: his mother Barbara Langley Reese of Drumwright, Oklahoma; his wife Kim Booker; his children, Luke (Skylar Booker) and Emilie Teague (Justin) of Myron; and his siblings, Casey Daniel Booker (Jessica) of Sylamore and Sherry K. Woodward of Oklahoma. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
