He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Scurlock (Tubbs); his brother Allen Golden (Donna); his children, Brookie Mayberry (Marty), Marlene Rowan (Bob), Michael Scurlock (Phyllis) and George Scurlock; his daughter-in-law April Scurlock; his grandchildren, Taylor Scurlock, Rachel Scurlock, Ira Mayberry (Brittany), Jessica Austin (Jeremy), Alexa Rowan (Draven), Arianna Rowan, Tyler Scurlock (Mary Ann), Skyler Scurlock (Hannah), Trevor Scurlock (Kara), Logan Scurlock (Hailey) and Dalton Scurlock; and his great grandchildren, Yusef, Maryam, Emma, Addie, Haegan, Ara, Hylynn, Aspynn, Laytyn, Waylon, Kyle, Magdalene, Trinity, Lydia and Lennox.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stanley & Standrige Cemetery (76 Forbes Rd, Mt Ida, AR 71957).
