She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Black of Washington and Era Caldonia Black (Forbes); her husband George Kostelnik Sr.; her siblings, William E. "Bill" Black Harold, Era Goodner, Druzelle Jenkins and Alta Garner; her sons, Buck Moudy, Bill Grey Goodner and Roy Black; and her niece Nancy Booth.
She is survived by: her son Mike Moudy (Jane); her grandson Eric Moudy; her stepson George Kostelnik Jr. (Deyon); her stepgranddaughter Kelli McEntire (Rusty); her great grandchildren, Bently and Beckham; her stepdaughter Dena Bolk; and her stepgrandson Brandon Tabor.
