He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ray Galloway. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Montgomery of Malvern; his wife April Galloway of Mt. Ida; his children, Jett Perkins, Jagger Perkins, Jaycee Galloway and Jaxx Galloway; his siblings, Jason Galloway (Amber) of Benton, Ronnie Byers of California, Nicholas Whitten of Florida, Heath Loy (Cortney) of Malvern, Amber Carter of California, Amanda Mockery of Oregon, Cierra Ward of Hot Springs, Angela Galloway of Hot Springs and Courtney Galloway of Hot Springs; his grandparents, Peggy Bush of Malvern, Jim and Claudie Cogburn of Norman; his stepmother Kathy Ragsdale of Bismarck; his parents-in-law, Marvin and Necie Thew of Mt. Ida; and his sisters-in-law, Brandi Tweedle (Brandon) of Hot Springs and Candra Jennings (Dean) of Hot Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
