With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Sullivan Sr. of Mount Ida, Arkansas, born in Lake Providence, Louisiana, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sullivan and Alberta Sullivan; and his siblings, Odell Sullivan, Bessie Higgins and Jean Bonneau.

He is survived by: his wife Norene Sullivan; his sons, Jerry W. Sullivan Jr. (Kelly), Troy Sullivan (Donna) and Todd Sullivan (Donna); his siblings, Lavell Sullivan (Jean), Huey Sullivan (Fay), Lucille Peoples, Leva Cockerham, Wilma McKee (J. W.) and Brenda Cockerham (Kenny); and his siblings-in-law, James Kindrix (Shirley), Lorene Campbell (Tim) and Diane Helmer. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
