He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cravens; his children, Heather Castleberry (Dustin), Stephanie Burnett (Cody) and Scott Burnett; and his grandchildren, Kati Castleberry, Ashlyne Castleberry, Dustin Castleberry and Austin Castleberry.
