She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Cappello and Anita Cappello. She is survived by: her children, Angelo Hernandez (Jenni), Donald Cappello (Micki) and Diane Cappello; her grandchildren, Jericho Hernandez, Apollo Hernandez, Phoenix Hernandez and Mallory Cappello; her great grandchild Demi; and her brothers, Ed Cappello, Anthony Cappello and Bob Cappello.
