He is survived by: his children, Linda Snyder (Tom) of Forest City, David Ackerman (Laura) of Mount Ida and Lisa Riley (Blake) of Mount Ida, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors which were two of Chuck's favorite charities.
