She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Boone (Gary); her grandchildren, Del Lehmann (Tina), Brian Lehmann (Michelle), Danny Smedley (Jessie) and Sandra Duvak; and her great grandchildren, Tanner Lehmann (Nok), Rebecca Lehmann, David Lehmann, Hannah Lehmann, Bailey Lehmann, Keegan Lehman, Whitney Horner (Devin), Lauren Kesterson (Tanner), Brittney Duvak, Skylar Montgomery, Abigail Smedley, Paige Smedley and Kyle Rowe (Candace). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
