He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foster and Essie Milner Foster; his wife Bervie Wright Foster; his siblings, Athalene Cato, Jureatha Fleming of Aree Foster, L. T, Nathaniel Foster, Canzader Hood, Louise Garrett and Essie Bell Foster-Acklin; and his children, William T. McKinney, Willie Earl Foster, Rickey Earl Foster, Henry Lucas Foster, Dorothy Ross and Helen Louise Price of Conway, AR.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Charles Foster (Lynn) of Morrilton, AR, Ronald Foster (Verna) of Morrilton, AR and Regina Ann Taylor (Leon) of Morrilton, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was very active in his community through his service as an election volunteer and contributions to organizations devoted to protecting the rights of others.
