“I am also blind. Walter lived with my family and me as a fosterchild from 1967 - 1981. We both attended Overbrook School for the Blind while living in PA, and the school for the blind in Faribault, MN, after moving to that state in 1973. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide me any specifics surrounding Walter's death. Very sorry to read this.”
