He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Stobaugh and Etta Sheridan Stobaugh; and his siblings, Odie, Dean, Don, George, Ronald, Jimmey, Danny Stobaugh, Billie Jean Martin and Patsy Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Stobaugh (Lori) of Pea Ridge, Mark Stobaugh (Anne) of Morrilton and Stephanie Lipsmeyer (Allen) of Morrilton; his sister Betty Lou Dunn of Conway; and his caregivers, Evelyn Moore, Janice Walls, Ashley Thompson and Dr. Robert Wilkerson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
