He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Wayne Childress, Jr. of Morrilton and Kelly Jo Fitzpatrick; his daughter Kaelyn Childress; the parent of his child Lacie Moses of Morrilton, Arkansas; his stepfather Josh McCarver of Rockport; his grandparents, Janet Scudder (Darrell) of Morrilton, Curtis Fitzpatrick, Sr. of Batesville, Jerry, Pat Childress of Morrilton, Byron and Linda McCarver of Rockport, Arkansas; his great-grandparents, Kathy Bridgewater of Batesville and Charles Simmons of Nevada; his siblings, Shelby Childress of Rockport, Arkansas, Rocky McCarver of Rockport and Sydney Crews (Chance) of Amity, Arkansas; his niece Lexi Crews; his aunts and uncles, Curtis Fitzpatrick, Jr., Trisha Childress of Morrilton, Jace McCarver and Bethany of Haskell, Arkansas; and his cousins, Brayden Hill, Zachary Hill, Haley Thomas (Kyle) of Morrilton, Caimen Fitzpatrick, Xandria Pack, Kylan Fitzpatrick and Kayleigh Pack.
