He was predeceased by: his parents, Opie Halbrook and Addie Mae Stobaugh Halbrook; his granddaughter Greta Brewer; and his siblings, Joe Halbrook, Larry Dale Halbrook, Gary Lynn Halbrook and Lavonne Flory.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Norwood Halbrook; his children, Sandy Coble (Teddy) of Petit Jean and Kimberly Brewer (John) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Tessie Coble-Mix and Erin Brewer; and his great grandchildren, Jessa Mix, Jase Mix, Jordyn Mix and Jenesis Mix.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Old Liberty Cemetery.
