He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Goates and Bonnie (Robert Mack Hubbard). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Goates; his daughters, Rhonda Estomo (Mike) of Elk Grove, CA and Janise Truelock (Rob) of Galt, CA; his grandchildren, Tiffany Rodriquez (Ramiro) of Elk Grove, CA and Dustin Donohue of Sacramento, CA; his sister Susie Voth (Richard) of Claremore, OK; his stepsisters, Eliose Crannell (Gary) of Manteca, CA and Illene Johnson of Everette, WA; his sister Bobbi Mahkewa; and his stepsister Maxine Stark. He is also survived by five great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends.
