It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Lynn Neal (Morrilton, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Neal and Gladys Neal (Janice Neal); his children, Josh Neal and Patty Davis (Robert); his sisters, Barbara Bell of Little Rock and Carol Garner of Morrilton; and his fiancée Glenda Gaines. He was also cherished by Nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, friends.
