He is survived by: his girlfriend Becky Maxwell-McCoy of Morrilton; his siblings, Debbie Gilliam (Paul) of Springfield and Donald McCoy (Virginia) of Springfield; and his children, Harold Evans (Crystal) of Winnfield, Laura Gullett (Allen) of Oppelo, Stephanie Williams (Dustin) of Adona, Ashley Smith (Patrick) of Greenbrier, LeAnn Shipp of Hattieville and Nathan Shipp of Bee Branch. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
