He was predeceased by: his mother Jewell Chandler Miller; and his siblings, Hershel Daniel Miller, Loretta Mehl and Opal Kissire. He is survived by: his father Arthur Daniel Miller; his wife Willie Gay Stover Miller of Morrilton; his daughters, Tawnia Gay Hoelzeman and Crystal Ann Rehm (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Kacie Lynn Casey (Casey), Stephanie Rittman (Josh), Hannah Voegele (Trevor), Haley Whitkanack (Hunter) and Bret Hoelzeman (Chloe). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and another great-grandson.
