He was predeceased by: his wife Kim Lunsford Maxwell; and his mother Blanch Maxwell. He is survived by: his father Narvin Maxwell; his sons, Timothy Maxwell (Megan) and Clayton Maxwell; and his siblings, Ralph Maxwell and Doris VanDalsen (Carrol). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
