She was predeceased by: her parents, Freedie Edwin and Ella Elizabeth Guinn (Powell); her husband Perry C.; her son Orville E. "Bimbo" Guinn; and her brothers, Carl, Charles, Wayne and Cecil James.
She is survived by: her children, James Perry Guinn (Diane) of Morrilton, Freedie Wayne Guinn (Ronda) of Morrilton and Mary Ann Stobaugh (Robert) of Kenwood; her brother Kenneth James of Plumerville; her daughter-in-law Brenda Guinn of Morrilton; her grandchildren, Kevin Guinn, Chad Guinn, Tammy Stover, Tina Cox, Teresa Alvey, Chris Guinn, Jeremy Guinn, Tessica Guinn, Bryan Stobaugh and Mallory Birch; and her close friend Alta Hill. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
