She is survived by: her husband Arthur Harrell; her son Charles Harrell (Jennifer) of Morrilton; her grandchildren, Rachel Powell of Morrilton, Tommy Powell (Michaela) of Prattsville, Madison and Brandon Harrell of Morrilton; her great grandchild Augustus Powell of Prattsville; and her son-in-law Tom Powell.
