He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyce "Bill" Miller and Joyce Threlkeld Miller; his grandparents, Sydney and Evie Threlkeld; his close friend Bradley Thomas Miller; his stepfather Charles Beck (Buddy); his in-law Lila Jean Williams; and his siblings, Sue Nichols and Billy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Williams); his daughter Tiffany Johnson (Earl); his grandsons, Blaine (Anna), Trent and Colton Johnson of Mountain Home; his sisters, Brenda LeCroy and Libby Skorcz (Mark) of Sheridan; his in-laws, Sandra Mahan, James Williams (Diane), Robert Williams (Melba), Sarah McVey (Mark) and Angela Smith (Bill Ed); his close friends, Lady, Jared, Emily Hurley, Nate Walker and Avery Stobaugh; his nephew Will McVey; and also, Teagan and Oaklyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great nephews and his dog.
