She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Campbell and Frances Lois Campbell; her siblings, Geraldine Barnes, Frances Ann Campbell, Janice Marie Campbell, Christine McDaniel, Catherine Cunningham, Thomas Harold Campbell and James Henry Barnes; and her brother-in-law Walter Cunningham.
She is survived by: her husband Emmanuel Nwachuku; her sons, Nathaniel Nwachuku (Jessica) and Daniel Nwachuku; her brother Johnny Ray Campbell; her granddaughter Kaelani Khounehak; her nephew Dennis Emziah; and her niece Terrie Holloway. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
