He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Moore and Irene Long Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Tice; his son-in-law T. J. Tice; his grandchildren, Cade, Cason and Canleigh Tice; and his friends, Johnny, Shelly Rhodes, Raymond, Kimberley Cooper, Steven, Maegan, Stetson Ribera, Jason Meadows, Christy Hicks, Jane Mullins, Dan Noland, Missy Suiter, Jerry and Amanda Cartwright.
