He is survived by: his children, Donna Williams of Morrilton, AR., Zach Scroggin, Jessica Rogers and Frank James; his siblings, Eula Ledbetter (Doyle) of Springfield, AR., Ruth Aishman of Springfield, AR., Sturl Wiliams of Perryville, AR. and Roger Williams of Heber Springs, AR.; his uncle Don; and his aunt Bebe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
