He is survived by: his friend Linda Thompson; his children, Nicki Hilliard (Joe) and Kirk Netherton (Laurie); his grandchildren, Steven Frye (Sarah), Amy White (Kes), Holly Hilliard, Tim Netherton (Megan) and Chase Netherton (Erin); his great grandchildren, Henry, Hudson Frye, Quinn, Annie White, Beau Bruce Netherton and George Stokes Netherton; and his caregivers, Wilma Brooks, Alma Dennis, Tori Hill and Paula Lee.
