Payne of Conway, Arkansas; his children, Clifton Payne of Conway, Arkansas and Chasitiy Griffin of Little Rock, Arkansas; his stepdaughters, Karlis Jordon (James) of Memphis, Katrina Beatty of Maumelle and Regina Maltbia of Conway, Arkansas; and his siblings, Russell Toney, Jr. of Parsons, Kasey Payne of Morrilton, Arkansas and Diana Coates (Austin) of Conway, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
