He is survived by: his wife Mary Collins; his daughter Stephanie Montgomery (Wayne); his siblings, David Collins, Earnie Collins and Maxine Curtis; his grandchildren, Thomas Collins, Samantha Collins, Brittany Shay, Cassandra Shaw, Devon Collins and Kylie Collins; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Dale Collins, Mia Crook, Aziah Washington and Alvin Battles.
