He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Hill; his children, Royce Cleveland (Stacey), Amanda Cleveland and Kari Rodgers; his grandchildren, Castor Cleveland, Jordan Thomas, Dakota Cleveland, Jaci Cleveland and Trent Ball; and his cousin Allen Dukes. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, a host of family and friends.
