He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Clark and Grace Ellen Clark (Lorie Robinson Clark); his son Levi Garrison; and his brother Jerry Clark. He is survived by: his children, Cody Clark (Taylor) of Forrest City, Allen Futrell of Paragould, Derek Bascue and Kirsten Futrell of West Memphis; his brother Terry Clark of Forrest City; and his grandchildren, Stella, Ricki, Isaiah Clark, Emersyn, Avery Futrell, Elijah, Isaiah Hamberry, Cole, Jase Bascue and Keeley Hoots.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Church of God (97 Oak Hill Rd, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Upper Cemetery (13129 US 49, Brinkley, AR 72021).
