He is survived by: his wife Virginia Manis Burns; his children, Scott Burns (Jennifer) of Moro, Vickie Shackleford (Danny) of Forrest City, Penny Jackson of Forrest City and Kimberly Burns of Hunter; his sister Betty Simpson (Jerry) of Elkins, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Kody Moore, Amber Phillips, Kelsey Clark, Carrie Schindler, Parker Burns and Kara Burns. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
