She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley E. Treadwell and Vivian Treadwell; her husband O. A. Allen; and her siblings, Don Treadwell, Charles Treadwell, Billy Thomas Treadwell, Joyce White and Janet Allen.

She is survived by: her sister Renee Treadwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
