He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Forrest and Francis Martha Bodiford Forrest; his wife Cindy Forrest; his siblings, Jerry Louis Forrest, Larry Gene Forrest, Larry Forrest, Walter Forrest, Kenneth Forrest and Katie Land; and his daughter Tabitha Ann Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Tyann Forrest of Monticello and Bobby Lee Forrest of Monticello; his siblings, Ricky Allen Forrest of Monticello, Martha Donaldson of Monticello and Mary Hayes of Wilmar; his grandchildren, Jaci, Forrest, Adrian, Kylee of Jayde, J. D., Madden and Lexie; and his great grandchildren, Raiden and Harley.
