He is survived by: his wife Nealie Peacock Leggett of Monticello; his children, Sonya Dawne Ryburn (Robbie) of Monticello and Thomas Neal Leggett (Karen) of Monroe, LA; his siblings, Joe Leggett of Concord, David Reece Leggett (Sharon) of Camden, James Patrick Leggett (Nova) of Monticello, Mary Ethel Murphy (Charles) of Bryant and Randy Earl Leggett (Ruby) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Alyson Brooke Rabb (Michael), Robert Lee Ryburn, IV, William Thomas Leggett and Eryn Elizabeth Wood (Conner); and his great grandchildren, Paxton, Cleo and Wren Rabb.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home (943 US-425, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
