She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Eugene and Nella Zironi Sawyer; and her pet Sassy. She is survived by: her brother Robert Sawyer (Diane) of Woodland Park, CO; her nieces and nephews, Hunter Sawyer (Dani) of East Greenbush, NY, Nathan Wilkerson, Holly Evans (Ryan) of Colorado Springs, CO, Emma Sawyer of Fayetteville, AR and Suzie Flemister; and her pets, Rastus and Napoli.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Medders Funeral Home of Monticello (1324 US-278, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (1016 N Hyatt St, Monticello, AR 71655). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Pleasant Springs Cemetery.

In honor of her memory, the family asks that donations be made to Monticello Second Chance Fur Dogs, supporting the cause that meant so much to her.
