She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Neblett and Louise Collins Neblett; her daughter Heather Lynn Garcia; her uncle Paul Neblett; and her sister Annette Neblett.
She is survived by: her children, Brittany Garcia (James Chapman), Tony Garcia, Jr. (Brooke) and Leigh Ann Sutton (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Heather Padilla, Jaiden Williams, Jai Williams, Charles Chapman, Adalynn Chapman, Houston Chapman and Marlee Garcia; and her siblings, Louise Brown (Keith), Shirley Perini (Ned), Wanda Breckenridge (Glen), Pearly Shaver (Jimmy), Douglas Neblett, Renee Hesse (Michael), Vicki Reginelli (Tony), Charley Neblett and Louis Neblett, Jr. (Helga). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
