He is survived by: his wife Teresa Horn Fowler of Cominto; his mother Donnie Fowler of Dermott; his children, Kyle Robert Fowler (Christine) of Greenhill, Ryan Fowler (Cheyenne) of Hermitage and Heather Fowler Henley (Josh) of Cominto; his siblings, Sue Fowler Jones (Dale) of Dermott, Jim Fowler of Dermott, Gary Fowler (Mina) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Mark Fowler (Stormie) of Dermott; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Emma, Madelyn, Logan, Jaycee, Jenna, Gracelynn, Mason and Maddox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bishop-King Funeral Home (1831 South Highway 65 & 82, Lake Village, AR 71653). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
