He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. and Mary N. Langley; his sister Mary Langley Smith; and his grandsons, John Lloyd and Kirk Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Shelton Langley; his children, Russell, David Langley (Barbara) and Julie Smith (Tommy); his grandchildren, Andrea Warren (Daniel), Braden Smith (Paige), Laura Hockaday (Blake), Autumn and Rubin Langley; and his caregiver Tywana Wilson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
