She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Murdaugh, Sr. and Ethel L. Ward Murdaugh; her spouse Elsie S. Ray; and her siblings, Edward Murdaugh, G. W. Murdaugh, Jr., Gaylord Murdaugh Sr., Richard Murdaugh, Sr., Lottie M. Lough and Helen Maxine Thorpe.
She is survived by: her children, Ronal S. and Ray; her sister Mildred Ann Carter; and her nephew Jimmy Carter.
