She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Stark, Sr. and Dora Waddy Starks; and her siblings, Billy Joe Starks, Gwendolyn Starks and Cathy Brunson.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Charles of Monticello; her daughters, Jasmine Piggee of Jacksonville and Ayana Powell of Ft. Worth; her grandchildren, Madisyn Bass, Dylon Parker, Rhyan Madden, Masen Tims, Bayleigh Withers, Kyson West, Cai Darrough, Haidyn West and Jayden West; and her siblings, Leon Waddy of Dumas, Sylvester Starks of Little Rock, Dorothy Starks of Dumas and Carolyn Starks of Desoto. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
