He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Laverne Chance of Enola, Arkansas.; his children, Angela Baker Naron, Valerie Baker Thompson (Joel) of Monticello, Arkansas and Rodney Baker (Jennifer) of Tomball; his grandchildren, Kristen Smith of Monticello, Amanda McKiever (Josh) of Monticello, Brooke Thompson of Monticello, Elizabeth Schaffer (Dakota) of Poteau, Jamie Dehart of San Antonia, Texas., Will Naron (Jesse) of St. Augustine, Chad Thompson (Mollie) of Monticello, Luke Baker of Arkansas and Tyler Reynolds of Tomball; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Thompson of Monticello, Ryan of Monticello, Emily Thompson of Monticello, Addie of Monticello, Jett McKiever of Monticello, Sawyer of Monticello, Avery Smith of Monticello, Bo of St Augustine, Jeb Naron of St Augustine, Kadence Reynolds, Cameron and Ben Schaffer of Poteau, Oklahoma..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Monticello Church of Christ (2078 US-425, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Tillar Cemetery (4407 Hwy 277 E, Tillar, AR 71670).
