He is survived by: his parents, Michael Forrest and Caley Sanders Forrest of Monticello; his brothers, Konnor Austin Forrest of Monticello and Cayson Lee Forrest of Monticello; his cousin Kynlee Rae Davis of Monticello; his grandparents, Joe, Heather Carter of Monticello, Shannon Forrest of Monticello, Paula Trotter (James) of Monticello, Carolyn Pace of Monticello and Ollie Leon Carter of Monticello; and his aunt Samantha Hickam (James) of Monticello.
