He was predeceased by: his father Lindsey Elmo Bayliss; and his brothers, Mike and Dennis Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Beavers Bayliss of Monticello; his children, Jerry Bayliss, Jr. (Koby) and Kimberly Wallis (Ray); and his grandsons, Joel Lyndon Wallis, Samuel McArthur Wallis and Jakob Owen Bayliss. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great friends.
