He is survived by: his parents, John Leslie Chapman of Elberta, AL and Sandra Carol Ward Chapman; his siblings, Jonathan Turpin (Lisa) and Amber Chapman; his children, Jewel Chapman of Monticello, AR and Jared Chapman of Monticello, AR; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan Turpin, Josh Fugatt, Leslie Clark and Summer Clark. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
