She is survived by: her husband Harold Higgins; her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Rex Borchardt; her granddaughter Alexandra Borchardt (Max Hughes); her sister Alverta Gay; her siblings-in-law, Mary Jo Mitchell and Gordon Higgins; and also, Howard, Lisa Higgins, Hannah Higgins, Rhonda Mallard and Linda Swindell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
