He was predeceased by: his sister Jane Cross Spellmann. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Savoie Holder of Taos, NM; his son John Roddy Holder of Rock Hill, SC; his siblings, John Holder of Bellevue, WA and Julia Holder of Lafayette, LA.; his nephew Clay Cross of Franklin, TN; and his niece Samantha Cross of Little Rock, AR.
