He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Forrest and Helen Parker Forrest; and his siblings, Henry Lee Forrest, Janice Sims and Delores Bryan.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Ply Forrest; his daughters, Rhonda Miles (Mar) of Monticello, Jennifer Pace (Keith) of Monticello and Jessica Jackson (Bert) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Kylee Caldwell (Bradley), Preston Arrington, Kensley Young, Kayla Arrington, Tarren Young, TJ Young, Cooper Arrington, Noah Jackson and Naomi Jackson; his great grandchildren, Lennon, Tatum and Colsen Caldwell; and his siblings, Gary Forrest, David Forrest, Robert Forrest, Tony Forrest, Flo Coldicott, Edith Herring, Audrey Williams and Linda Howell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home (943 US-425, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rose Hill Freewill Baptist Church (2103 AR-35, Monticello, AR 71655).
