She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Smith Veirs and Dora Leonard Veirs; her husband Charles R. Stark, Sr.; her siblings, Willis S. Veirs, Russell Veirs and Paralee Veirs Peters; her siblings-in-law, Eddie Peters, William L. Stark, Leslie Smith, Alice Felker Veirs, Maude Brown Veirs, Virginia Stark Smith and Mamie Patterson Stark; and her nieces and nephews, Richard S. Belt, Gerald Smith, Michael D. Veirs, Joyce Veirs Felts, Nijel Veirs Clayton and Jackie Peters Zabel.

She is survived by: her child Stark, Jr. (Teresa) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Timothy Chung (Shannon) of Searcy and Tina Chung Hodges (Blake) of Conway; her great grandchildren, Mia Grace Chung, Macie Kate Hodges, Landon Stark Chung and Caroline Ryan Hodges; her nieces and nephews, Ada Widener (Les) of Dickson, TN, Linda Sexton (Don) of Cecilia, KY, Jim Veirs (Barbara) of Frisco, TX, David Ray Smith (Anna) of Louisville, KY and Janet Lou Davis (Rick) of Louisville, KY; and also, Melinda and Sandy.
