Earlene Herron Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 88, Earlene Herron of Monticello, Arkansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earlene Herron to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roxie Vincent and Carl Thompson; her stepmother Sulie Thompson (James "Lil Joe"); and her son Sheldon Thompson "JB". She is survived by: her children, Phillip Newbill (Rita), Carl "Tony" Thompson, Ricardo Herron (Tammie), Marilyn "Deanie" Hudspeth (Justus), Wrenetta Thompson, Sheila Herron (Jasper), S. Michelle Jefferson (Keith), Patrina Herron, Anjalynette Herron and Dwight Hudspeth. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Pilgrim Rest A. M. E. Church (522 N Bailey St, Monticello, AR 71655). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
